Gang of Friends

Pros

If you have a personal equation with the Founders and Co-Founders, then its the place to be. All the privilieges are available and you can even avoid work. The client can scream but you have all the immunity. Have a drink, a smoke and keep sweet talking to the management and you are set for life. Work can never be an issue.

Cons

If you do not have a personal equation with the Founders and Co-Founders then please please stay away. You will be treated like a third class citizen, all the work will be dumped on you, throw you in front of the screaming clients, while they keep making stupid mistakes and hiding their gang of friends. They will find all the excuses for not confirming you and then one day will find your replacement and throw you out. Find better opportunity where work and dedication is appreciated.

Extremely unprofessional HR

Pros

Heard really good and promising reviews about the company

Cons

I'd early this year received a call from the HR team asking if I was looking for a change in company..since I wasn't looking out for a change then I communicated the same to the HR who very politely told me to connect with her in case I was considering moving out of my current company. Now that I have contacted the HR after a couple of months, most of the calls go answered. Of the numerous calls made, two were answered where I was told to call back in 10 minutes and on doing so my calls went unanswered again. The least a company should do is treat a candidate with dignity and inform them if the positions are closed. This cat and mouse Chase is highly degrading.
