      Pros

      Pivotal deals in new technology and is a market disruptor in the communication space. Friendly atmosphere and good chemistry among coworkers. A great place to learn and grow with new and exciting technologies.

      Cons

      Because Pivotal is a startup, there is a large amount of work to do, but this is not really a con, it is an exciting challenge.
