Pros
My time here so far has been nothing short of incredible. We are a small, tight-knit and like-minded group of people who basically consider each other family. We all work remote, but see each other every day on video chat which makes work/life balance even more perfect. I've also learned and grown so much during my time here and don't plan on leaving!
Cons
Since we are spread out I do miss my teammates and wish I got to see them more often in person. However, we do plan company retreats so that definitely helps us re-connect!
