Pros

Nice environment. Friendly people. Even I am just a graphic artist, but I get opportunity to work on other tasks, like colour grading, learn about production and get a chance to work as a DOP.

Cons

Most of the jobs are urgent, tight dateline hence, work late night. Multitask, not sure is a bad thing. Could used a bit of increment.

1. Got all sorts of jobs from tvc,corporate videos etc. 2. Got to meet and work with good artist 3. (Not much) that's about it

Cons

1. Have to work on Saturday, Sunday sometimes all the time. With no OT. 2. Double and triple your workscope /loads with a very low salary. 3. Micro managing 24/7 4. Management is not doing a good managing workers. 5. High turnovers for people quitting the place. 6. Low salary and no benefits. 7. Like a factory (imagine yourself as a 3rd world country cheap labour) 8. Good in taichi. (Doesnt like to take responsibility)
