      Excellent team, support and strategy going forward

      Cons

      M&A caused a bump with layoffs across the company, but they have bounced back. Budgets mean employee's end up paying for sales tools with there own money.

      Would highly recommend joining now as they're merging lots of exciting products and services

      They would improve organization due to the M&A everything behind the scenes needs a tidy up, but this is only admin and doesn't effect the customer interface

Over the last three years we’ve acquired eight companies and are on an exciting growth journey. With this speed of growth, there will always be the need to ‘tidy up behind the scenes’ (brilliant phrase!), but we’re working hard to do this and build one unified, engaged business. And your advice to ‘keep pushing’ for ‘cross-selling opportunities’ is spot on! With our breadth of offering, we really do believe we can redefine the world of connected commerce!
