      - Good pay - Very generous commission structure - Remote working - Positive and friendly work culture

      Cons

      - Can be slow to progress for promotion - In need of better training for the sales team. Enablement is lacking at times.

      Pros

      The onboarding has been the best I've ever experienced. Spending a week in 'basecamp' with key stakeholders really sets the tone. Also - spending a week with the whole company at the annual kick-off allows you to forge relationships with your team. Managers really value your opinions and listen to your suggestions. You are given full autonomy to carry out your role, with clear growth paths set out. There is a great winning mentality across all teams. Everyone is willing to help out and support where needed, up to the C-suite level. The culture is fantastic and there is a really good respectful work/life balance across all timezones.

      Cons

      The pace is fast, which may not suit everyone.

      Had a good team and management - remote work culture was a huge plus

      Working for the UK team can be quite isolating but we had the perks from working for a US company
