      Nothing, better avoid joining this company

      Cons

      Layoff the most loyal employees in oct and dec 2025 as they are eligible for sustainable bonus, most of them are localities. Higher management and few employees are from one particular region of india and managers back those employees. Also layoffed recently joined employees as well
