- Terrible/non-existent leadership that blames their lack of efforts and time to actually train and build on the teams.
- Absolutely 0 roadmap stability. They tend to make rash decisions and are constantly changing how the team works on a daily basis causing constant chaos.
- No investment into the Customer Success team. If you want to feel valued, I would confidently say the Planoly CS team is not for you.
- No follow through. Any promises or offers made to you, I would highly suggest not to take at face value, as they have no reservations in receding or changing their minds.
- Lower management has no idea what they are doing, and upper management doesn't have any interest in bettering the situation even though they will tell you they do.
- The examples of what goes on there are worse than what I have written here. Until they figure out what they are doing, I would highly suggest passing on this CS team unless desperate.
