Pros

PL was a great place to be, with a highly skilled group of people. The Que pro reader (not that many people will remember it) was in principle a great product at the time but it wasn't ready in time to break the market. The enthusiasm and dedications of the teams was very motivating.

Cons

There were the fairly standard communication issues between different sites and at times very poor leadership from the very senior management. A lack of clear direction meant that the good work that was occurring did not yield a useful product

Pros

The technology and the potential rewards (in terms of feel-good factor and a feeling of "changing the world for the better") were huge.

Cons

Just a pity about the senior management. decisions.. They jumped around a lot and couldn't make any stable decisions. When they did make decisions, all of us "regular" employees could instantly see they were disastrous (and were ultimately proved right).

Cons

no future or present, this company is fulling exibitions, showing samples that 15 years old, never done anything new since then and never will due to it just needs more money and new fab again
