Pros

To any outsider, you would think (the Redmond campus) iwould be a cool place to work. With the private concerts from up and coming to established artists are cool and some of the employees are nice. I live only 6 miles away, so my commute is good with low miles.

Cons

Management is terrible! Low wages and in the four years I've been here, I've received one (yes, one) raise at 2%. No room for growth and/or advancement. CEO is clueless about how other departments function on a daily. HR department protects only exectutive management said everyone else is expendable.
