Pros

It's cool to cover Broadway.

Cons

It's not cool to work with people who would throw you under the bus at any given moment for the smallest of reasons. It's not cool to never have an opportunity to grow professionally. It's not cool to get paid low wages while having the world expected from you. It's not cool to have an owner who preaches liberal values while enacting none of these values in real life with his employees, except the "chosen few" that he deems worthy.

A few good key cogs keeping it afloat

Cons

Hostile work environment, scare tactics, throwing people under the bus. Just a few of the many things why the future is not bright

Pros

Lax management, lax office, doesn't micromanage, the brand stays true to who you think they are. Out at 5 but must sign in every day. They check!

Cons

not family friendly, no benefits, small family company and not innovative. Management sets you up to fail, unrealistic goals. They're very sneaky.
