      Our residents are the best! They are the reason we smile! Pay is very good for my department. We have an excellent team!

      We are the last faces many will see, I pray they are always pleasant.

      Pros

      Christian environment, makes all the difference. Great teamwork, great communication between teams, very kind residents and their families, small town vibe, down to earth/keep you accountable coworkers/upper management, feels like a second family. Now don’t get me wrong we aren’t perfect we have problems just like every place, but we do our best and let God do the rest. I really am blessed by Pleasantview.

      Downsides to working here, you’ll enjoy your job and not want to change jobs.
