You will know what you dont want in your next company

Cons

bad management not flexible stressful backstabbing colleagues only for fresh grads, if you're experience dont expect to grow or learn anything ok leave as soon as you can, they try to keep you long by putting the 3 month notice period

Pros

- Freshies can experience various tasks to establish their skills - Get to try different tools like AI and tools related to your role - Seniors and colleagues are helpful

Cons

- probation period is long and they will delay your confirmation and it gets worse if you question them - probation employee has no benefit whatsoever, just sick leave - super understaffed. expect proper graphic designing skill from staff that only knows basic canva. - manager has no leadership and managerial skills. no guidance, no constructive feedback, hard to reach out to. - always sudden and urgent meeting that lasts for 2hrs+ but they will question you why you cannot do tasks when it has been affected by the meeting - micromanagement. even if you deliver tasks by given deadline they will question how you do your task. - no communication between team. deadlines are frequently changed. sometimes extended, sometimes cut short but you'll be the last to know. - employee management system like leave and payroll is manual. you wont even know how much is deducted from your working salary (like unpaid leave) and whats it for so you cant verify if they deduct correctly. - their company value is money-first, not people-first. (no, not all company is like this) they will not take care of you. overall, just avoid. you can tell from previous reviews and recent ones that they are not improving despite saying they will.

Pros

they have 1-day notice period during the 6-month (!) probation period. that got me out of there faster than the flash showed up.

Cons

The whole business model is flawed in the first place. They're doing some borderline unethical stuff and honestly I'm glad I leave the first chance I got. Almost all of the people working there just accepts that its the "marketing culture". its ok to make up case studies or twist words just because. they said "no need to be true, but cant be fake" like what.... blow my mind on how their business just works... the work alone is also suffocating to me as they are promoting the products they don't even believe in, let alone using it. something that can't align to my principles of selling stuff even you will tell your mom about...

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify what happened here. The team member was asked to create marketing materials for a case study that was still being completed by another colleague. This is standard practice in our industry - marketing teams often develop campaigns while projects are being finalized, working with confidence that the final results will be positive. The case study was indeed successfully completed as expected, and we've since received positive feedback from clients who benefited from it. We understand this process may not have been clearly communicated at the time. We're committed to better explaining our development processes to ensure everyone understands the context and timeline of their assignments. We didn't let the team member go and wish them well in their future endeavors. We appreciate feedback like this as it helps us improve our internal communication.
