      Pros

      Management very unprofessional and messy . I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. No pros this company is the worst ever

      Cons

      Do yourself a favor and need not apply . Everything about this company and its team is wrong. High turner , under qualified management . And the Board politics all about who you know

      Pros

      None. Don't work here unless it is your last resort. The customers are needy savages that just come in to get there government checks and make car loan payments. The customers have no money really, just debt. Employees cannot hardly get office supplies. Pay is below par for the industry so it is a revolving door of employees who are not trained in their jobs.

      Cons

      Savage culture. The top management stays in the "Executive Wing" and never associates with the actual workers. They treat all others like peons, even though they are less educated and intellectually inferior. They are only where they are because of longevity in a sub-mediocre organization. This place is on the downhill slide, never to return to mediocrity.

      Pros

      Plus4 has great benefits for employees.

      Cons

      Leadership team discriminates against African Americans and the COO is an intimidating bully that discriminates constantly against Black employees. If you go along with her unethical practices then you are safe otherwise, you will be terminated. When the CEO is informed he condones the behavior and is quick to state she was married to a black man and assumes that makes the discrimination okay. Several lawsuits have been filed against this organization for unethical practices as it pertains to wrongful terminations, discrimination, etc.
