      There are no pros unless you like long hours without getting paid for them no time and half for hourly employees over forty

      They do not take care of there employees raises are next to impossible to get

      - flexible scheduling - casual work environment & dress code

      Cons

      - Unprofessional demeanor- A LOT of cussing and screaming- mostly by the president - Passing the buck- Entitled co-workers enjoy the "It's not my job" attitude, while the more apt employees suffer from being completely overworked- People are drowning in their work. - Micromanagement- for some accounts- This pertains to a specific department, rather than the company as a whole. - Not a single person in the company takes responsibility for their actions or mistakes.

      Tips were decent, if for some reason the 70 work week wasn’t enough for you, they’d have no problem letting you work Saturday too

      Cons

      No time and a half for overtime LONG Days Never plan on being home at a certain time Strenuous work Your nothing but a number to Management
