They're very heavy on the benefits. There is currently a free lunch plan for employees, fairly strong benefits plan and paid MSP.
Cons
Not the best location to work in if you don't live in the Richmond area. Weird overall culture that doesn't quite seem to click.

The company is private hold, stable cash flow, and the entire industry still fast growing. These lead to the good point, stable. A stable company brings: secure feeling, friendly relationship between employees, balance-life style....
Cons
Product segmentation, the company provide a long list of sensors models. it is true machine vision camera industry need the diversity of the sensors, yet this make the development and maintenance difficult especially consider the scale of the company. Which lead to constant delay of new product introduction.
