"Management"--if that is what you want to call it. I think a lot of people in management have titles because of the "good ole boy" network. Another thing--go and check out the Board of Trustees/Directors and upper management. How diverse is Point Park University outside of the college students? It speaks volumes.

I work myself to death and make the same amount as someone who sits at her computer and watches YouTube videos all day and my boss never holds her accountable and they wonder why the staff here are bitter.
