      Pollfish is generally a great company to work for

      Pros

      The product is pretty interesting. The level of technical employees is high. The tech stack used is up to par with industry standards and also includes cutting edge tools. Feature ownership. The culture is great, as well as the office in Athens.

      Cons

      Some processes for productivity or quality assurance are not as well defined or followed as other tech companies. Not very junior-friendly at the moment. Either for hiring or onboarding. Perhaps minor for most people, but office politics have been emerging for a few years at levels of management. Finally, the company is still finding its purpose after the acquisition.

      Pros

      Product is great, they innovate constantly. They built AI into their survey tool as soon as it became relevant to the market, which illustrates the point. Great employees, solid leaders. Generally fun people to work with.

      Cons

      None that I can think of currently.
