RecommendsNeutral OutlookI worked at Polygon full-time for less than a year
Pros
I really liked this company and their culture. They do expect you to work hard but they actually care about their employees. They also encourage new ideas and change and will listen to input. Compensation and benefits are very good.
Cons
They have been restructuring for awhile so things tend to change, they are up front about this though. There do tend to be a lot of meetings, but I didn’t feel like any of them were wasteful.

RecommendsPositive OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Polygon full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
The job kept you busy and focused for quality and quantity , and rewards for good attendance. Understanding.
Cons
They need to keep some of the original management (supervisor) and notswitxh them with another person that doesn't help employees or know hat he's doing as the new supervisor. Workplace becomes stressful when that happens.
