Great company lost its way with poor management

Pros

Used to be a great company but really went downhill with the whole genuit group plc strategies.

Cons

Deliveries and logistics are terrible, factory/stock controllers are constantly running out and not letting the office know, poor communication on all management levels. More bothered about numbers than service.
