Clueless management structure who have not recruited in years and are out of touch with modern recruitment techniques. Culture of bullying on a daily basis by the Cap Gemini Senior Management Team, no empathy or idea how to lead or inspire the staff they manage. Accusations of senior managers having sexual relationships and promoting people they have personal relations with over experienced hard-working employees. Deluded KPI's and Targets set by Senior Management fighting to save their own jobs. Keele office is an utter rat pit to work in, people sat at their desks in gym workout gear having had a sweaty workout at lunch and not showered, its just a body shop of ex- estate agents or security guards pretending to be recruiters or SME in Tech, an absolute shambles.

Where do I begin! By the time I left the stress and toxic culture had made me physical ill. There is no transparency from the leadership team which meant that you are pulled from every direction, the culture is toxic and the management style of my manager was basically bullying which is ironic because they champion mentalhealth. In all of my working career I have never experience an organisation where you are made to feel that your efforts are worthlessness and when deniability is the culture of the management team. There were instances where I was working from 8am to 9pm and this was still not enough.
