      Co Workers were nice but unhappy

      Cons

      Co workers were nice seemed unhappy the worst manager I've ever had.Being African American put me on a very short leash with this guy.Accused me of not wanting to work and all I did was show up on time everyday work 12-13 hours and didn't complain but was let go because I was unavailable for a voluntary Saturday DONT WORK HERE

To address your other point, due to the nature of our business, drivers must work mandatory Saturdays during peak season. This is the expectation for our entire driver team.

      Pros

      The owner is a Great Person. The ability to work from Home on occasion.

      Cons

      A Certain Person in Management is Horrible and Lowers Moral. To the point that it’s hard to go to work sometimes. Most people that have worked under this person have quit or left for other departments. The training is not constant and depending if you are a favorite will depend how much training you are provided. Everyone is not treated equally by this person.

      Extremely High Turnover Rate - Looking For Another Job Now

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover rate. Promotion is not based on work knowledge or work ethics. There is extreme lack of responsibility taken because mistakes are handled with blame instead of problem solving and team work. Hostile behavior and unacceptable reasons for poor work ethics is common place in this working environment.
