Pros
Potential bright future with the long term plan set by the (previous) management. Good young and enthusiastic team. (Used to be) good company culture.
Cons
The management sent by HQ in Tokyo is increasingly sending the worst candidate for the company. Treated the company as a retirement ground. One of the worst politics I experienced especially the "young candidates" near the top licking to the management's boots
