AP is not a highly desired role in the company as shown by the high turnover in the group. The rate is almost 100%. Upper management should look into why there is such a high turnover. The Controller shows favoritism towards other groups in Accounting that are not AP and doesn’t give all the same opportunities as the rest. Different groups in accounting are treated differently. Also, the Controller needs guidance on how to give constructive criticism without belittling as she always makes employees feel inferior in their abilities.
