The truly amazing thing about working here, though, has nothing to do with what we're building – it's the team. We're a highly-engaged and genuinely empathetic bunch. I'm honored to be spending this portion of my career with these great folks and plan to stick around as long as we're growing together!

Postscript has built an incredible culture of innovating aggressively, celebrating its employees & accomplishments, staying humble, and enjoying the day-to-day. You can tell how much thought has been put into getting to this point, and how much is being invested into maintaining & iterating on it. Feeling appreciated and challenged at work makes such a huge difference to your peace of mind & quality of life. The leadership cares about you, and work/life balance is achievable. There's no such thing as perfect, but the team here is focused on getting better every day. It's deeply pragmatic and most things just make sense. I can't recommend this company more.
