      Dead end job but has some decent benefits

      Free Healthcare, not excessive work loads

      Cons

      Dealing with customers. People. Office Politics. Corruption. They would rather hire someone they know than a qualified person. Local utility union employees treat you like garbage because your a contractor.

      Good contracting firm, works 4/10s, and enjoyable coworkers

      Extremely stressful as it is a contracting company, a lot of needed overtime to keep up, pay is not amazing

      Management lacks ability to communicate and be direct and with employees. Revolving door creates stress on everyone else to pick up the slack.
