      Location - Leicester isn't the best place to live and the office is near a farm. More training needed to enable employees to become better engineers.

      Cons

      Potters is a bit cliquey, if your face doesn’t fit, or you’re not willing to bend to the corporate structure; you’re a pariah. Some awful colleagues.
