Cons
Personal Devices Required, No laptop or phone number provided. Employees must use personal devices for work. Basic security software (VPN, antivirus) is absent and concerns raised with management were ignored. This is particularly concerning if you are handling sensitive client data on your personal laptop. No investment into task management, CRM, or a unified system of handling account information. Disorgranized onboarding and training. Vague and unhelpful performance reviews, with little structure or effort put into them. In summary, it's a disorganized startup culture with no clear vision. I think they need some time to mature as a business before I would recommend joining the team. For experienced account managers, this place will not have the tools you are accustomed to. For newer, or less experienced Account Managers, this place will not invest much into your onboarding and training experience. For interns, this place might be a perfect case study for you, and it might even lead to a full time position. They do treat interns here well at least.
