Pros

After working at HCL PowerObjects I've met some great people, worked on some amazing projects and helped to develop the skillset of my colleagues mainly due to my experience in this space and is one of the rewarding aspects personally of seeing people grow here. We have a great team mentality, people here go above and beyond to help each other out, where recognition is due we make sure this is shared accordingly. Work/Life balance is something important to me, and here at PowerObjects we strive to make sure that is achievable. We also work well at ensuring the team are trained in line with the MS exams that are available, and where possible ensure that person becomes specialised in a particular feature of the Dynamics stack. I am genuinely enjoying myself here, and looking forward to the next 5 years ahead.

Cons

None to share at the moment, but like anything we are always taking feedback from our team and making sure any concerns are managed and always looking to improve.
