Pros

I would be glad to apply my knowledge and experience that I accumulated by over period perfect career for 8 years in the field of engineering. I am confident that my experience will be useful with theoretical and practical knowledge, skills, and various methods of applied science to enhance your organization's processes towards achieving complete client satisfaction and try to meet any organizational objective.

Cons

I simply wish to continue offering contract design engineering services to those clients lacking the internal resources (time and/or people) to do them by their own engineering teams.

Lacked Dignity Employees Made To Feel Disposible

Pros

Generally your coworkers are good friendly people. You can learn a lot when you are allowed.

Cons

Management would just as soon reprimand employees over petty issues of their own creation if it allows them feel justified with their unwillingness to pay for the value they know is being provided. Many people get a better offer and run. The attempt to make up for poor floor ventilation and insulation and cooling by leaving bay doors open only leads to one of the filthiest manufacturing plants I've ever seen. People try to stage the jobs but management doesn't want to provide the necessary tools, incentives, or even adopt suggestions to their current process that would reduce people's stress and allow even more to get done. Benefits are a joke. 5 paid days and tons of nepotism.
