Salaries are too low. They claim that the opportunities to increase your salary are better than in other places, but that is false. You need to be there for three years to earn a decent salary for the position. They sweet-talk you into believing they will give you a raise, but when the time comes, it takes them six months to approve it after you request it. The increase is insignificant and well below inflation. They are not genuinely interested in raising salaries, and if you complain about it, they say you are unprofessional.
To get a salary increase, it is not enough to work 8 hours for the company where you are a consultant. They require you to work extra on internal projects, give presentations, and provide internal training sessions—all of which add up to much more work for such a low salary. They are a company that, in their salary policy, can be defined as "lowballers."
If you truly value your knowledge and yourself, do not work here. The salary will constantly make you feel a little bad about yourself.
