That's a totatly false hope. While recruiting for Content Developer/Subject Matter Expert position, HRs will tell you all false information that you will get per question 40-50 Rs. for solving books exercises and you will get immediate payment within 2 days after submission of answers of exercises, but that's totally false told to you by them. Once submitted, they will give you other few more books exercises and after 3-4 months, they will tell you after getting work done by you that all your submitted answers are wrong and finally they will pay you for only 1/5 or 1/6 th questions money and will tell you to leave the organisation since there is no official agreement between you and company. We work exactly like freelancers so there is no alternative left for us but to take the 1/6 th salary and leave the organisation since no official appointment letter.
