      An American moneymaking scheme like any other- operating under the guise of a wellness facility

      Pros

      The environment at Pratima spa is pretty much like any other old school, predominately female workplace- you'll be surrounded by undereducated, catty women who gossip and back-stab.

      Cons

      Bizarre, cult-like management lacking legitimate experience and education that offer no support to employees.

      Two reviews have been posted to Glassdoor, one day apart from each other and separately negative. It's unfortunate that businesses have been left with no proper form of action to address these false reports other than to comment and point of the strange coincidence in the timing of this feedback. It's our hope that anyone reading this feel comfortable enough to reach out to our company directly to discern for themselves how our company operates.

      Pros

      You get to see first hand how things like ayurveda and alternative medicines are being packaged and sold in this country in a way that doesn't represent the practice and is detrimental to the end user. Eye opening experience.

      Cons

      Terrible work environment in every way. With a couple of exceptions, the spa staff is a bunch of low quality individuals with no values whatsoever. More of a gossip mill than a work environment. The management is no better. Basically a poorly executed, poorly run attempt at a high end spa based on nonsensical practices and flat out scams to entice desperate people who have been failed by modern medicine. Shameful. Not a shred of moral integrity in the place.
