      Fantastic culture

      Pros

      Precima has the best company culture I have experienced. I have worked for large blue chips, medium sized organisations and small boutique consultancies. The people make this company and it is great from senior management down and throughout the organisation. The opportunities are great and support / training ensures you can shape your career.

      Cons

      Nimble, faced paced and needing structure but this is normal with a company growing so fast!
