Pros
Pay and rewards are reasonable. I suspect the company will continue to succeed but at significant cost to their employees.
Cons
Management style is strict 1970's style. You get disciplined for everything, missing a clock in, being off ill etc. Two takeovers and three lots of redundancies in 4 years. Union reps are made redundant. They force 20% of staff to fail regardless of their performance with the performance management system in place.
