Pros
This company has the best culture and the best people I have ever worked with. Everyone cares and helps each other. When it gets busy everyone jumps in and we get it done.

Young company but doing all the right things to provide great service.

Pros
Due to the nature of a startup, you will get given opportunities here that you won't as easily get somewhere else. But If i'm honest, I'm struggling to find other "pros" to working here.
Cons
The epitamy of "give an inch, take a mile" The owners foster a toxic work environment by keeping people in the dark and speaking poorly about their staff behind closed doors. They promote people into leadership roles not because they are qualified or good people, but because they are the easiest to exploit. Instead of giving people real benefits and incentives, if you or the business does well, at best you can expect a pizza party.
