Toxic gaslighting management

Pros

Remote work from home position

Cons

Horrible communication from mid-low tier management to their employees. Upper management is unhelpful and unsupportive. Horrible pay when production work runs dry. No advanced notice of upcoming changes relevant to workload. Little to zero transparency regarding how much production work is available. Management ignores valid concerns of employees related to work being completed and solutions to improve working conditions. Management hires family and friends from church with no relevant experience and expects experienced professionals to train them while trying to earn their income. Managers you directly report to will lie to your face to avoid accountability of their own wrong doings. Management will often misrepresent what the customer wants leading to massive amounts of double work that doesn’t get paid for. Internal quality control gives incorrect information and feedback to drafters. This also contributes to doing more free work because of the incompetence of coworkers and managers whom don’t check their work. This cycle therefore never ends and all the pressure is on the drafters. Horrible work culture. Demeaning and belittling is the norm. High stress. No support, coaching, or feedback from the company.
