Pros
After completing my software development apprenticeship for PrecisionPoint i was employed full time for a further 4 years where i developed auxiliary .net applications to the main data warehouse product. The environment was very friendly and had a great work-life balance with the ability to work from home when needed.
Cons
Unfortunately after over 5 years with the company there was no ability to progress my career any further.
