Friendly colleagues in this firm, no other pros....
Cons
1. very low remuneration and bad employee benefit, they care for their pocket and you are just a cheap labour. (lower than a small firm) 2. No bonus for 1st year, no AWS. 3. OT cannot claim time off, OT transport and others allowance are subjective (but charge client have no rules) 4. The boss is the most disgusting person in the company. Looks care, but Never, he only care his pocket. such a cheapskate boss. 5. Overload. if you can't submit the work on time, is your fault. and OT is because you are not efficient, OT is your self problem. Never treat the staff as human 6. Office politic between manager and director, you can only trust yourself. 7.Ask you to leave the company, becuase refuse to give you bonus (basically you work 1.5 years and after peak, they staring this plan) 9 Never retain experienced staff (I don't know the main reason, maybe don't want to give bonus) 10. I strongly believe for those give good review for this company in glassdoor are the HR and top management themselves. (Please don't trust the good review, they got integrity issue ) Unsure how those the negative review has been deleted. This is the second review I reposted here. 10. There are alot of good firm outside. why you choose this firm if you read until here. unless you want to torture yourself. Good luck
