      Pros

      - Came with little/ no recruitment experience and over a short period of time with the help of not only the directors but the great team around me I became a consultant. Great teamwork in the company not only gave me the experience but also the confidence to do well. Would recommend working here and quite frankly have recommended working here. If you have the right mindset, its a very good place to make good money.

      Cons

      Gets hot in the summer also gets cold in the winter.

      Good agency to get recruitment experience

      Cons

      PC are still working like an agency from the 90s and times are changing more than ever, if they don't apart they risk getting left in the dust. The company constantly are looking for KPIs to be hit but recruitment is more than this and this is what forces them a bad reputation. We tried to have many interventions but PC always went back to its same way of working and a very unpredictable management team can make things very stressful.

      Pros

      This is the 2nd time I have worked for Preferred Choice and it is the only recruitment agency I would ever work at twice! Lots of comradery, as people have mentioned before and one of the best client and candidate databases in the business.

      Cons

      None to talk of really, people have mentioned KPI's on previous reviews however that is just recruitment! Things have all been modernised with real time stats and prize give aways for a job well done, so nothing to complain about really.
