Pros

Great supportive relationship between staff members. Opportunity to create additional income through commission. Very dynamic position that allows for the advancement of many different skill sets. Overall great experience, but needs improvement.

Cons

Extremely inconsistent management strategies that comes along with high staff turnover. More focus on constant change instead of improving current situations makes it difficult to follow procedures and be consistent with clients. More focus on sales than the well being and support of clients. High turnover leads to rushed and incomplete training of new staff. Little to no opportunity for personal advancement within the company throughout employment, often paying well below the industry standard. Several staff members were pressured into posting 5 star GlassDoor reviews by the request of management.

Pros

Was once a great place but there are no pros under current ownership.

Cons

Lots of change since the "Corporate takeover". The climate is constantly in flux, and there are high turnover rates across the company. Unethical behavior, lying to employees as well as customers. Toxic environment. They have resorted to firing people on trumped up charges - that way they don't have to pay severance. Stay away from this company.

Poor management, amazing Co workers

Pros

Always had an amazing team of staff including RMTs, front desk and clinic attendants especially considering how many people work there. It’s rare to have such a large group who gets along so well. It’s unfortunate the only drama comes from the higher ups.

Cons

The management for the most part was very poor the entire time working here. Often lie to their staff thinking they are too dumb to figure out what they’re doing. Front desk staff gets the worst of it so it’s no wonder none of them last long. Pressure customers into memberships right after their treatments which many clients complain about to their therapists. The wage they pay for RMTs is already on the lower side and they have tried to cut costs at the expense of the therapists but are still able to spend money on other useless items to “upgrade” the experience. Main priority is making money (I get it’s a business) however there needs to be a middle point where they respect and care for staff as well.
