Pros

There are no Pros for this courier service. Bureau of Workers Compensation was more than glad to refund me all monies paid in leau of Premier falsely escaping liability.

Cons

They are too many to list, but will do the best in warning others about this company. Contractors are treated very badly and fails in earning decent compensation. They post bogus ads on Craigslist claiming that contractors are treated rightly, when in fact contractors are treated extremely poorly. I personally believe that all the satisfactory reviews on this site are written by Premier's office personal, if not by upper management in all attempts of convincing others in joining their unjust organization. Fact, Premier posts a whole lot of job ads for straight box truck drivers for the very few straight box trucks that they own. Fact, Premier's trucks were/still is enclosed within a secures small fenced in area and there's a very high probability it's to keep others from tampering with them.

Pros

The only Pro was you THINK you have a good job...until u get a paycheck

Cons

This was the biggest scam ever...I was without a job for months and i come across a job on craigslist that says $750-1200 a week. WHAT A JOKE! first off you have to pay for all of your starter fees and you have to use their radios in which they charge u like $30 a day. I worked here for a little under a month. I didnt realize how little i was getting paid because you had to wait 2 week for your first check. and they also told me because of the date I started work I would only have 1 days work on my first check. my first check for like 4 hours of work was $33. And i was like ok thats cool I guess I really didnt do much. So working 530am-9pm everyday delivering water mostly to companies and school ALL OVER including in a different state spending my money on gas. And my next paycheck was $12!!!!!!!! I was so pissed that obviously I quit lol. and my final paycheck for 3 days of work was $0.36. I lost close to $1300 in gas expenses and put tons of miles on my car. this is the most corrupt job ever. they also claim to pay you 0.56 a mile which isnt true.

Pros

Doing hours worth of work for under $3.00 per hour and sitting for long periods of time for free waiting on runs.

Cons

This company posts help wanted ads on Craigs List claiming that they pay decently when they don’t pay decently at all. They keep 48% of commissions after fudging base amounts to extremely low amounts. . Their sign-on bonus is paid over a course of several months and must be paid back in full when drivers fail to fulfill a 90-day contract. In addition, Premier charges drivers $300 for failure to provide a 30-day written notice of resignation, when in fact that their turnover rate is in the thousands. They charge new drivers well over $150 for driver kits when in fact are worth less than $20.
