Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Premier Group Recruitment full-time for more than a year
Pros
Some people are decent, incentives are good and budgets to spend on BD
Cons
Where do I start? The most old school agency still operating in London. Everything you do, no matter what level you’re at is micro managed. This comes from the top down, starting with the directors. All the senior team do is constantly is lie, give false promises and micro manage. the directors are dinosaurs and have brought over the values of firms they worked at 20 years ago and still abide to them. For example, call times are constantly sent round, this is not a call center?? Every stat under the sun is micro managed and they constantly check everything and boardroom you if your numbers are low for the day. They are miles behind other tech agencies and have no clue how to catch up. It’s is like a school playground. You can stay till 9pm putting in a shift, but cant eat breakfast after 8.30 without getting humiliated on the sales floor or getting a passive aggressive email. Every senior/ experienced consultant looks to leave as they are massively underpaid and worked like a dog and know it’s better elsewhere. They have zero relationships with clients and candidates and it’s very much transactional and “on to the next one” as they can’t retain business. No consultants last more than 2 years or it is EXTREMELY rare if they do. It really is a revolving door, they CANT retain good talent as the company has ZERO values and ethics other than to make money.

Pros
Being able to hand in your resignation.
Cons
Avoid avoid avoid. This place will chew you up and spit you back out whilst reminding you that you are nothing but a cost or a number, even to top performers and loyal employees. When you’re no longer flavour of the month it’s time to go and the directors motto is “you’re only as good as your last month” Narcissistic male leaders who think running a company and behaving like it’s the 90’s is still acceptable. How they have made it through this pandemic is nothing short of a miracle.

Approves of CEOI have been working at Premier Group Recruitment full-time for more than a year
Pros
After working here for a year now I can honestly say it has been a fantastic experience from the outset especially through the current period of the pandemic and lock down. The company have been extremely transparent with open communication throughout this uncertain period and have offered great support and training opportunities. Even whilst I was on furlough I was made to still feel an important part of the Business which was really important in this tough time. The Senior Management team here are easy to chat to and always around to help and want to see you succeed!
Cons
No real cons of working here the role does require hard graft but the commission and earning potential is worth it along with great incentives - you get out what you put in.

Pros
Some of the mangers are great
Cons
Almost the entire senior team in London have been kicked out over lockdown. Lies after lies from the directors. The longer you are in the company the worse you are treated. They constantly send round call times, managers check when you are logging on and off, monitor every move you make and remind you that you need to earn your place. Most people talk about wanting to leave as nobody in London feels valued.
