      Pros

      Premier is a small DoD contractor providing bodies to the IC, mostly analysts and linguists. Was treated well and the company was efficient; not a lot of contact with their management as we worked directly for the customer (U.S. Air Force).

      Cons

      Nothing to complain about really; enjoyed my time working for them.

      Pros

      Salary is very good. It is not comparable with other companies as this company is very small. Benefits - healthcare are good.

      Cons

      Company is managed by retired military. There are no professional growth opportunities or career advancement. Information and communication sharing is obsolete. Job performance feedback is a joke because it is ultimately decided by someone that doesn't work with you and not the client. Management lack adequate leadership skills. Work life balance, they think that the company is your life.

      Pros

      They are positive and supportive, at least while you work there. If you quit, you may not ever get a call to acknowledge you even worked there.

      Cons

      I left because I can't stand all day on hard concrete flooring at Sam's Club. You're also not allowed to drink while on the floor (Sam's rules) and I felt so tired at the end of the day! I also felt like the quota is unrealistic. This may leave you in the lower levels forever, my guess. Wasn't there long enough to learn about the money you can potentially make.
