It's a FAMILY not a Company
Pros
I have never, and honestly can say, will very likely NEVER work for a better company. You are a person NOT a number. Safety is TOP! -No expense is spared for safety equipment. -No job is performed unless it is safe and if you don't feel safe everyone above you WILL support you. -There are no secrets, the owners are open and honest will all employees and expect everyone to be the same. -Exceptionally honest with customers, never trying to manufacture reasons for more work to be performed, and in most cases provides fixes on the spot without adding cost to the job. -Employees generally enjoy being around each other and have a good time. -We are not the run-of-the-mill contractors, we work hard but it is not the frat house environment when we are on the road. -The Company takes care of it's employees, like a Family, and makes sure you know that they appreciate your hard work, better than a "jelly of the month club", If you work here you can not deny that the owners appreciate your work. -The sky is the limit, if you want to learn..... you will very likely learn and opportunities are not just based on a piece of paper you might or might not have hanging on your wall at home, you drive your destiny here. I can keep on going but the internet has only so much space and I shouldn't take it all. Cons
Whatever "Con" one might come up with needs to take an honest look at all the "Pros" and unspoken benefits you get at Premier Power. It is a give and take situation, and if you honestly look at things it's VERY hard to say, you as the employee are "giving" more than you are "GIVEN" Every job has "Cons" but at Premier Power Maintenance the "Pros" overshadow so much it's just not worth worrying about.
