2y"No management." Seems odd since daily meetings are held 2-3 times per day to review To-Do Lists and provide helpful insights into the assigned projects.
Honestly, the team is a bit surprised by your concerns about "wearing different hats." We understand that our dynamic work environment may not be a fit for everyone, but we always try to give our interns a broad sampling of various issues seen in Digital Marketing.
