Remote working option They promote from within their workforce They have a genuine flat structure and value feedback They put the customer first They are solution focused and because of that have a high customer retention because they don’t push product. Remuneration is above market rate and IC plan is paid monthly

Cons

Having only worked for the company for under two years, I have yet to find any cons. Sales process is agile and Prevalent focuses on enabling staff to reach their goals/ KPI’s
