However, this comes in stark contrast to systemic issues of poor management....

Working at Preventx has proven to be a challenging and disheartening experience due to a toxic work culture permeating throughout the company. The pervasive issues stem from poor management practices, including a failure to meet project deadlines and an alarming turnover among board members. The board's lack of leadership and compassion exacerbates the negative atmosphere, further hindered by the company's failure to address instances of bullying and favouritism. A typical day at Preventx involves navigating an intensive workload with unrealistic deadlines, creating significant pressure for employees. Management decisions often lack common sense and practical knowledge, contributing to a challenging work environment that affects both employee morale and work-life balance. Preventx take feedback seriously and our priority is improving the Preventx experience for our current employees. Glassdoor isn’t our primary mechanism for gathering feedback on the employee experience but it is always good to hear different perspectives. The culture of an organisation can be affected heavily by a few people and when those people move on in whatever way the culture changes for the better. In terms of actionable feedback from leavers, we feel we get better information from exit interviews because of the way they’re conducted. They also cover everyone and not just the really satisfied or really unhappy. We encourage all of our leavers to to take part in an exit interview where they have the chance to leave detailed feedback.

Unfortunately I won't be able to give any pros in regards to this work

Cons

Very monotonous work which pays only£10.42 h but what's worse is the atmosphere working amongs two faced people ,and their shift managers who are not helpful when it comes to introduction to new tasks .Never again
