Pros
Interesting space for content distribution, online marketing. Great potential and access to top flight content providers and medias.
Cons
Sub par talent, low wages, long hours. Company rewards management pets, clueless as to team building. Company is in continuous economic straights and large history of random firings, dubious promotions, and an often weak product hamper everyone's enthusiasm for what potentially could be a very successful company (right idea, lousy execution).
