      Brilliant ideas ruined by chaotic execution

      Interesting technology and ambitious product goals

      Cons

      - Execution inside the organization fails at every turn. - Processes are disorganized, timelines are impossible, and communication is erratic. - Decisions shift without notice, forcing work to be thrown out or completed in a rush. - Accountability is nonexistent, and relentless pressure dominates every day. - Over time, the environment crushes energy and morale instead inspiring it.

      They acknowledge hard work and value their employees. There is so much growth opportunity for individuals who work hard and do well at what they do.

      Talks a good talk but does not walk the walk

      Pros

      Not many. They do have a good initial training that lasts two weeks and that instructor I had was good. But the company does not use the training at it's work site.

      Cons

      The company was interested in making the sale even if it was ripping off the customer. I don't think the owners necessarily wanted this but the pressure to make the sale was at the cost of the customer experience. Also it was a unpleasant place to work. Most of the other workers were really unhappy which made the work environment bad. I suggest you stay away from this place.
